I cannot rave enough about my experience with Jason from Madison Realty.

Needless to say I was in a dire situation to move and had about two weeks in total to look and find a new apartment, sign whatever paperwork, and move all belongings, on a "moderate" budget (by NYC standards) as well in the Forest Hills area.

I was concerned with several items - space, safety, close to amenities (supermarket and transportation) - all of which Jason listened to.

Jason took the time to show me several properties (in a tight deadline nonetheless) until I found a new 1BR apartment that exceeded even my high expectations. The 1BR is in a great part of Forest Hills close to all main street amenities, clean and beautiful pre-war, and ultimately ticked off all the 'must-haves' on my list. Jason worked with me, keeping me involved each step of the process to secure my new home and taking the time out to ensure I was settled in my home even after my move.

I've worked with several other brokers and realtors over the years in Queens and Manhattan and Jason is the best. He is accommodating, courteous, efficient, flexible, kind, respectful, sensitive, and smart. All admirable traits in such a volatile housing market in this crazy city.

Jason at Madison Reality helped us find an apartment for my mother-in-law who was moving to Queens from out of state. It was an emotional move for her (after twenty years in the same apartment), and Jason was patient and understood what she needed to make the transition comfortable. He was responsive to our questions, accommodating, honest, and generally got back to us quickly.

I have been in my new apartment for just over one month. I am so grateful for the help of my agent, Ruby. She was very efficient and pro-active in making sure all of my concerns were taken care of. Not only was she able to help me sign my lease and move in on time, she was very full of life and energy. Every phone call and meeting was very enjoyable and I look forward to recommending her to my closest friends when they need to look for a place to call home.

I couldnt be happier with her and her team and I am soo glad to have found her during my painstaking search for the right place. Considering my situation it wasnt easy working with me and my crazy work schedule but Ruby took time out to meet with me on late nights and always had apartment options ready to view! Without Ruby's help I probably would be back home living with my family! Thank goodness it didnt come to that! Ruby from Madison Realty helped us get our new apartment, and she was just great to work with. She was very kind and personable, yet professional. She was very available by both cell phone and email, and was able to meet with us on the weekend. I felt like she really knew the building and was familiar with the management, and seemed to have a good working relationship with them, which was comforting. She kept us updated throughout the application process, negotiated a lower rent than the list price, helped us get a discount on a new cable contract, and faciliated us getting our keys quickly. It was a very good experience overall.
