Macy's

I shop here most of the time, great discounts on most items, wide variety, carries almost everything you need from clothing, shoes, furniture, jewelry, shoes, etc....parking available. But always crowded

The prices, a lot depend on when you are coming! If you come when they have their crazy sales, you can save A LOT of money. The place may look messy, and not organized enough, but after few visits you will know the place.
They can do better with the parking and the bathrooms, beside that they are ok.

The Macys at Roosevelt Field Mall is more of an enigma to me. Why is an anchor store selling such bad quality and such a strange selection across all its component brands--then it hit me. Almost every single component store has a standalone store at Roosevelt Field Mall.

Macys has a horrible selection. It's like most of the clothes is designed poorly, and among the trash is some OK looking stuff that you end up buying since you've been seeing so much trash your shopping experience. That's not to say that everything they sell is bad, I've gotten some really incredible jackets and pants from this Macys, but the amount of challenge, trial and error and time wasted was definitely not worth it by any measure.

Today I was reminded why I do all my shopping online. Me and my boyfriend were strolling in the mall, in Macy's Roosevelt Field​ when a potential customer bystander, a woman of African ancestry decided it was okay for her to place her hands on me, grabbing my bag and pulling me towards her, speaking incoherent nonsense. Fortunately, my boyfriend was there to pull the crazy woman off of me. Security did nothing and looked pass the situation. No one should be victimized by this behavior in public and be in fear of their well being in public. Because of this situation I will not shop and support a store that allows people to be victimized for no reason
