I was not happy with my experience in this store not enough sales associate on floor and not enough products avaliable the wait is long need a few more associate and more leather products... you still my friend sade but you was trainning.

I'm Haitian-American i love to shop at elegant luxury expensive stores like burberry,YSL, Dior, Hermes ,Bloomingdale's and etc . so February 12,2010 i walked in the Louie store i was interested of buying a Louie belt but i didn't see it on the sales-floor as display, but one of the sales-associate (a ball-headed black sales-associate man with glasses) was helping a customer and told me he will be with me in a minute or so , so after i finish waiting the sales-associate went in the back and never came back out to the sales-floor i was kind disappointed , and when the security guard saw me waiting, that when security guard/he called a sales -associate by the name Evelyn Turks she was so sweet and very helpful and she encouraged me to purchase the Louie belt all dough it was pricey ,but it still worth it . if you head to this Louie store at Roosevelt Field mall asked for Evelyn Turks
