Very helpful, professional staff.
Layout is very confusing to navigate to walk if you are there for a specific item (like a Dining Table). Its set up in a way that you almost have to see the entire store to get to what you need (im sure this is purposely done, nonetheless - very annoying).

Horrible experience!! If you're reading this post, consider yourself being lucky to get a chance to be careful of them. My wife went to check their furniture last month because she was looking to replace our old bed with a new one.
When she was at the store looking around. A sales associate approached her to see if she needed help. My wife told her that she's not buying anything at the moment. However, she'll buy one that she likes during the Thanksgiving day sale (which was a month away).
The sales lady was very nice and told her "I don't think this particular bed that you chose will go on sale because it is already reduced price. But, if it does go on sale, call the customer service. They will adjust the price for you. If they don't do it, call me (she gave my wife her business card) and I will do it for you." Wife ended up buying the bed.
That was a 5 star customer service from her.
Roughly, 3 weeks later when the bed goes on sale, my wife calls the store. It was nearly impossible to reach out to them. Finally, she was able to adjust the price by talking to a nice CSR.
Next day, the sales person (the actual sales person who sold it to her) calls back. Her tone was different this time. She was no longer that nice sales person. She told my wife that she never said anything about adjusting the price and it's been over two weeks which is against their policy.
That was a complete lie and a total bad experience!
If you read this and you do buy anything from them under any condition, I recommend you ask them for a written proof so you don't have to go through this hassle.

I have been waiting 3 months for my table, this isnt the first time, it took just as long for my couches! The only reason i went back was due to a credit they gave me for the long delay the first time and countless CSR promises of better service next time around. LIES LIES LIES always back orders on everything!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!
