Very disappointed with the service and overall presentation of the store. I have frequently visited the 34th street Manhattan location that is constantly renovated, bright and energetic. The Bronx location is gloomy and dismal. Groups of staff congregating not assisting customers, poor lighting, handwriting on some walls, just bad. The only saving point was some of the brands from Manhattan are at this location.

Horrible customer service. Very unorganized personnel, they take forever to help you in the shoes department, only have the sunglasses that are on display for purchase and if you have a concern they just send you from one place to another without actually helping you.
