Terrible experience at this store. Firstly, even after walking around the store for over 15 minutes, not one employee greeted me. I had to literally chase one employee just to purchase the Russian red lipstick which she assured me would be at the checkout. the lipstick was never taken to checkout, neither did anyone try to retrieve the item. I left the store empty handed

Really great selection on makeup & tools. The staff can be really helpful but sometimes unavailable. But when I do get help they are very knowledgeable in styles & techniques.
