Bentzi has an exceptional ability to very quickly find an appropriate frame that suits one well just by looking at you.

Most importantly, he is there to serve you in the event glasses break at a time you need an urgent replacement. He will go through hoops with grace to make sure you are happy, even on an Erev Shabbos Nachamau, after store hours.
