Lynnes Subura Services

It's rare that I'm impressed by a car dealership, but Lynnes Subaru was great and they were especially nice to my kids. I've gone back to get my oil changed and they're service is astounding!

These people are thieves. They charged me for 6 hours on a job that I found out later only should have taken 1.5 hours. The only way I found this out is by causing a scene at the shop because the labor cost $550 and the part only cost $18.00. I thought the huge difference was weird so I asked for the manager and the listed labor hours for that particular job. Sure enough the listed labor hours was 1.5. I still have to go there to get my refund for 1.5 hours because they still charged me for 3 hours of labor after they showed me how long the job should have taken. I WILL NEVER go back to them again!!!!
