I went there to buy a car which i saw on the website. Before going i called and confirmed about the car and was told that car is available. After 1 hour when i go they said car is sold. Strange, in one hour car is sold even though no customer was present when i went there. I was offered another car which was higher than my budget but he kept on telling me about he monthly payments " B*#L S#*T ". I got a call from Nadira to ask about my experience and when i told her the truth she had only one thing to say " SORRY ". The MANAGER is very rude and impolite and a jerk. I suggest, NEVER GO THERE. ITS BETTER TO PAY $2000 MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Dishonest, all I can say about Lynnes Subaru. I don't want to waste anymore energy on them. Try them and you'll understand.

DO NOT buy a car at Lynnes Subaru. We ordered a car from them, put a deposit down on it and was told that the car was ours and we would have to wait 2 months for it. We got a call that it was in and explained we wouldn't be able to pick the car up for a week. We went 7 days later to pick up our car to find out that THEY SOLD IT! They were very unapologetic and not helpful or informative at all. Otto and Tony C. are AWFUL. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. GO TO ANY OTHER SUBARU IN THE AREA.

I had an appointment to get a new lock remote. I got there, waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have it. Also the price quoted for the unit on the phone was way below what they quoted at the shop.
While I waited I saw these two people convincing little old ladies that they had little cracks in their windshield that were dangerous and needed replacing. They must have had 3/4 of the customers convinced they needed new windshields. What an epidemic! : - /

The first year or so that I went to Lynne's, I thought they had great service. Unfortunately, in the past year I've lost all trust in them. I wonder if they recently came under new management, because all of a sudden they started recommending bogus services to me- such as saying I needed my tires aligned when I'd gotten new tires a week ago- engine flushes- and new drive belts which another mechanic examined and found to be in excellent condition. In an effort to make more money, they've lost at least one customer for good.
