Left a vm with the service department no one got back to me, attempted to call 4 times today to speak with someone in service dept, no one answered and got sent to vm. Finally get someone from service on the phone and the guy on the phone sounded rather annoyed and could not seem to take down my information properly. Very disappointed with the lack of response and poor customer service.

i got a used wrx that was way over the market value and they would not budge on the car. i traded in a like new 2014 truck and they gave me bottom dollar less then the instant cash value of the truck and told me they could only sell it for 24-25k max. now its listed ant close to 29k i understand business, but really that is BS. also i found out door panel was missing screws and the latch on the door speaker was broken but they kept telling me it IS MINT and thats why they can't budge on the price.

I left my car for service at 7PM yesterday and picked it up today only to find the front license plate missing. They knew nothing about it--they hadn't even noticed it was missing. Waiting to hear from the manager who they said would review the security tape. I noticed it missing right away, so I think I'd have noticed if it was missing before I left it, but will update if I hear from them. They did give me directions to the Bloomfield Police department when I asked, and I'm sure going to DMV to replace the plates will be nothing but a treat! I guess they did the oil change OK-- but it's going to cost me half a day at work. Update: I heard from them today-- can't tell you too often how nice they are-- but the bottom line is they couldn't see on the tape whether there was a front plate when we drove it in, and there's nothing on the tape showing someone stealing it. So there we are. I guess for me the take away is: photograph your car before you leave it anywhere. Easy enough these days, and would have prevented a lot of drama. Lesson learned!
