AVOID HER. I'm surprised she hasn't been sued for malpractice by now. I went to Dr. Modarres for a simple cleaning. Her and her sister seemed very nice but I felt
completely uncomfortable with how she spoke to me about my dental hygiene. I have very good hygiene and I was told I have terrible gums and would need a deep cleaning, not once but twice. I went for a second opinion, which proved she was lying to me to scam the insurance companies. I also received a letter from my insurance company stating that the cleaning cost over $2,500. CRAZY. She also charged a friend of mine $1,000 (with no insurance) for a simple cleaning. I've heard from others that she will tell you that you need a list of services and over charge you - she clearly needs the money because she is terrible and has very few patients. Go anywhere but here

She was great, very friendly, and helped me with everything I needed for my teeth. I definitely recommend her to anyone I know based on the fact alone that my teeth were all jacked up from my previous dentist and she accommodated me in every way possible from my schedule to the needs of my teeth. Thank you sooo much, you are the best!

By far the best dentist I have ever been to. Dr.Modarres is very kind,VERY thorough, and explains everything she does to the fullest extent. Her staff is very kind and amazing as well.Her appointments are scheduled far enough apart so is no waiting. I highly recommend this dental center.

Dr. Modarres is wonderful! I never liked to go to the Dentist (Who really does?). Her professional manner as well as her extensive and proficient knowledge in both Dental and Medical science is superior. I needed extensive dental work from years of neglect. Dr. Modarres made it so easy, so comfortable and, what's more, painless! She always discusses all options ahead of time with her patients. And, unlike so many out there, will not and does not try to up-sell you and make you feel like you walked into a used car lot. My entire family now uses her and I highly recommend her to anyone who is truly looking for the world's great dentist :)
