Luxor Linens

In my experience, they have a great product but the customer service is the worst. This company should be a case study in business school for how not to operate. I am over 5 weeks out from the order date and still no sheets. And what's worse, they emailed over a week ago and stated

"I am reaching out to update you on your order. The Cerretano 1200tc Cotton Soft 6-Piece Pinstripe Sheet Set in Linen is not available but we can do Charcoal. Please advise on how you would like to proceed. Awaiting your response. Thank you."

No apology for the delay or change in color, just a "You get Charcoal, take it or leave it"....simply amazing.

Love my Egyptian cotton 800 thread count from Luxor Linens! The color taupe is excellent! The sheets are soft, cool, and beautiful! I am so glad I got them. Thank you Luxor Linens! Plus the package came v v quickly. I will be ordering soon again, want to try their Egyptian cotton towels!

We purchased these pillows and its worth the investment. The pillows are nice and wonderfully made, and they hold up. I will throw away all the old mushy ones. Sometimes we pay more and get less. This was not the case here. I am very satisfied.

I liked it so much! I bought this for my husband to wear at our beach house. He liked it very much. But I wore it more than he did! Very large and roomy I just rolled up the sleeves and was very comfortable! It ends up that he is ordering one for me so I have one and not to use the one that I gave him.
