Lutheran Park Slope Family Health Center

Very terrible place is not the right word to describe. Front desk receptionist is always rude to me. One day in January of 2016 I came to see my doctor with my appointment and the tall and chubby receptionist with black hair and glasses gave me attitude and said that my doctor isn't seeing any OB patients today and in general. I had the appointment and when I was making this appointment in December the lady who made it for me called my doctor to specifically verify so I can see her. But no, that receptionist had to argue with me instead of type my name in the system and see what's going on. And making appointments after the visits, no one should sit and wait 1-11/2to make one. People don't have all day to waits at this horrible place. The only thing I like about here are my doctor Lauren A and the nurses. The doctor is very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. Nurses are very friendly.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE CLINIC . I Truely tried to be patient with the long hours of waiting and bad service but nope I hate this clinic !! I'm a young mother and they talk to me like I'm dumb . The doctors in there don't know anything more than to hand out prescriptions , the nurses in there are lovely and friendly but that's about it . IM TAKING MY SON OUT OF THIS CLINIC . disgraceful piece of shit .

Bad service from the desk people. One day all I just wanted was to make an appointment, and they make me wait 1 hour and a half just to wait for the lady that was taking her lunch... but anyone could just simply type a few strokes on the keyboard just to set that appointment. They don;t care about you. And there is no way you can report them, simple like that.

This place is terrible. Every time I go, whether the waiting room is crowded or mostly empty, the wait is over two hours long. Then the dentist forces me to get an X-ray, refusing to give me a routine check-up or teeth cleaning unless I get the X-rays, and then saying they're out of time and that I'll have to come back and take a second half-day off of work to finish up the cleaning. Steer clear, if possible.

Very nice and helping staff quick service no appointments required :)
