My husband and I had a really good experience. Never felt pressured, haggled, or lied to. They gave us fair market value without having to negotiate. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Wonderful experience overall. Would recommend. My only criticism is finding parking in that busy location!

The inventory at Lumens NY is incredible! There is so much to choose from at a reasonable price. Fair and reasonable pricing with a knowledgeable staff.
