We purchased just under 6,000 dollars in hardwood flooring. A high amount of the wood was damaged. Quality control is very very poor. We had wood with orange marker lines in them that were urethaned over.An entire box was planed at about a 4mm higher height making them unusable. Many were cracked, twisted,warped,chipped and dented. I brought back a sample of the useless wood back to the store, about a half a box but I had much more, I just wanted them to see it. When I brought it in the guy was surprised with lots of wow comments. He said he would contact his corporate office about this and I would get a reimbursement of some kind. Well after many phone calls asking what was going on, hows the progress with it, I eventually gave up which I believe was their plan all along, to wear me down.
