- Terrible #105018

I called the store to see if they had the tile I needed in stock and I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Jim. He was extremely rude and not at all helpful. Jim used profanity and belittled me when I asked for help ordering materials. Unless you want to be cursed at and made to feel stupid, I would not recommend using them for any of your service needs.
