Love the lobster rolls here. Good serving size too.

I've never had lobster rolls from Mass/Maine, but these are great. I got the sampler, which included bite-sized portions of the lobster, crab, and shrimp rolls. I'm a heavy eater, but that left me quite satisfied and I was still able to get variety.

Great Luke's outpost near central park. Very limited seating, as is always the case with Luke's, but food is great.

I visited May 2015. It was not busy since it was off-lunch hours. Ordered 5 entrees with appetizers for our group. Tipped them 15% (yes, even at a food hall) since the guy at the til seemed nice. Sat down at the closest seating available. After ~30 minutes, I went back to ask them about our order. He responded "We saw you there and called you but no one responded. It has been sitting here for 15min" I replied "if you are not that busy, why did you not simply come around the counter and inform us instead of waiting for the food to cool and get soggy?" Answer: "buddy, this is a food hall and that is not our job." After that shocking remark, I took the bags and unpacked the cold food and found that we were missing a couple of appy dishes and had to return to the counter. I was met with "It's your fault that you did not check your own order before you left". Wow.
Manager sat by and did nothing to rein this guy in. I gave him some pointers in customer service and promptly took my tip back. The food was only acceptable given the higher price points.

Crab and lobster rolls are amazing! I hate to add butter for health reasons, but a strip of it over the sandwich completes it.
