We just held an 80th birthday party for my Mom. We picked up the cake early to avoid the bad weather. Unfortunately, when we arrived home, it had not yet set and the profiteroles, strawberries and whipped cream slid off the cake. I called. The owner had a replacement cake delivered to my sister's home in Lincroft, New Jersey in plenty of time to sing happy birthday. Most important - it was as delicious and we couldn't ask for better customer service.

This is the baker from Alba's in Brooklyn, and is the BEST cannoli in the world. Trust me, I've tasted just about all of them.
