- Poor #134268

DRIVER WOULD NOT LET US OF THE BUS!
We arrived to NY at 9pm on August 21st. After 6 hours !!!on the bus the driver refused to open the door and let us out!
Reason: one guy on the bus said he lost his phone. We were waiting for police... Mind you:we made a stop during our trip, so the phone could have been lost there.
We were held hostage illegally! The driver has no right to restrict our exit once we arrived! This is unheard of!
Not to mention, the phone was found between the seats, so all of that was totally unnecessary !

- Excellent #134267

This one replaced the Chinatown death rocket bus line a few years ago, and is quite reliable! Tickets can be bought at the stop, a few minutes before departure. It even has outlets and (occasionally) wifi. The lucky star bus is not always the cheapest option, but it does not travel through uptown, often making it the faster commute to Boston. Outside of dinner hours, the rest stop is at a pay-by-weight sushi and generic asian foodery, which is quite an upgrade over the rest stop.
