Clothes come back dirtier than the went there and the have ruined / shrank several silk items that are now unwearable.

We have been satisfied customers for years (Cici the owner moved from E. 36th Street). The clothes always come back, and are well pressed and clean. And, unlike the other customer, we have never been asked for any type of tip. Add in that the prices are the best in NYC, with free delivery.
