Does not serve the best coffee but has never been too packed. Available seats, big windows, free wifi, and clean bathroom. What do we want more? Maybe later closing time.

It is fine, but lacks comfortable seating (the benches are impressively uncomfortable), and the pricing is Manhattan ish. Just too expensive for too little. Coffee and drinks fine but not exceptional.

Great place to Study/Work. Some (~50%) bench/Table have power plug.
Vanilla Laté is good.
