Luce

I had a wonderful experience at Luce .It was a Thursday lunch with my boss and both of us were very happy with the food ,atmosphere ,and outstanding service. I had grill Salmon which was cooked perfectly and my boss had Ravioli.This is my new favorite restaurant. I can't wait to go back.

I had a Sunday brunch with my wife and we fall in love with Luce. The service is fantastic so it is the food .We can't wait to go back.

went for valentines day, ordered as we do on other nights. food came out incredibly salty. the bacon wrapped scallops were not edible. i did not bother to say anything as it was apparent the manager did no quality control. i paid handsomely for it and never returned.

Had an alright experience here. The manager was friendly and great when he sat us. Then the server took forever to get to the table. His English wasn't (he wasn't Italian so no "authentic" excuse) that great either which can be an issue when you're serving English speaking guests. The food took a while too. It was a Friday night but only 6 in the afternoon so not really busy. Don't know if it was the kitchen or the server forgetting to put the order in. When the food finally got to the table it was delicious. Again the server forgot to offer grated cheese (isn't that a given when ordering pasta at an Italian restaurant) and it took him forever to come back with it. The food was great but the service was meh. Maybe I'd give it another try on a different say with a different server.

Front of house looked miserable and non inviting. They asked an already sitting client to move her hand bag even though there were more empty tables, so they could accommodate me at the next table
The waiter Dorian took 5 minutes to bring my menu. No one asked how was my food which was OKish as portions were rather small, only four ravioli in my plate, bland taste & forgettable / unremarkable flavours. The salad I got as a starter was average and its dressing was non-existent.

The staff looked really unhappy to be there and waiter was very abrupt when I asked where the restrooms were.
The manager/front of house asked me if I wanted anything else after I asked for the bill, which shows a lack of communication among on site employees.
Will not go back, and please oh please do not waste your time & money there, not even if it's the last restaurant on earth.
