Purchased a new nail gun online for pick up in stores. When I got home noticed item was used. I returned item to a different Lowes in a exchange for a new nail gun. In the future will double check item before leaving the store.

As I have heard and read here I have to agree this Lowes is probably the worst I've ever been in to ...no customer service people seem uninterested in wanting to help you to begin with and there is a feeling of anger in the air amongst the employees and you ask yourself what are they angry
about...... they can't be angry at me because they don't even know me right?

Don't ever buy a front door from this store. They sent me the wrong custom color twice, and the customer service was horrendous. I couldn't tell you how many times I had to follow-up on the order, and even after all of that they still managed to screw it up. Save yourself the hassle and buy your front door somewhere else.

Ignore the review that says "Lowes has best people" it is most probably been put there by a service hired by Lowes. I called for a product and the guy who answered did not even speak English. I called to check if they had Moss out, and the tried to advise me that they had moth balls and cedar chips. I spelled M O S S and he told me that they had mouse bait.

Lowes is awesome! I usually shop online apply my coupon and boalahh! Love my discounts and enjoy the very knowledgeable but sometimes hard to get assistance. It is true, they need more people helping.
