Good luck finding someone to help you. I walked around the store for 15 minutes trying to find something and then found like 80% of the employees standing around in a circle talking in the back of the store. Maybe they were all on break, but I doubt they send that many employees on break an hour before they close the store.

Worst worst worst!!!! the biggest lier store with rude employees who just lie to the customer.
My refrigerator was schedule to be deliver on Friday, Today is Wed 5 days have past and each day they are lying to me that the refrigerator will be deliver but I still haven't got it.

PLEASE PLEASE stay away from these liers.
PS. they will put you on hold for more then 25 min.

Not sure how they can be in business.. employess have attitude..and talking to them is such a bother for them. It's like they are doing you a favor by talking to you. Horrible store!! And this is if you can actually find someone to help you...most times you see no one. Went to get a bathroom faucet. After getting to the cashier the SKU wasn't recognized. Instead, of trying to find out, cashier gave me that resigned look as if she wants me to just leave since it was not rining up... it was only after i screamed that someone came. uggg

The absolute worst. I ordered some things that were too big to take by car. I payed over $150 on trucking and they promised to deliver the next day,Friday. They then called me Friday night to let me know that they will deliver Saturday morning between 8 and 10 am the office. I left my wife and 3 children to wait for the delivery. After I called them about 8 times throughout the day and them promising me delivery within the next hour, they told me that I would have to leave my family for a second straight weekend day, miss my daughters ballet recital to wait for the pick up. Sunday was pretty much the same as Saturday. In my last call on Sunday I was obviously angry and had to listen to the manager at Lowes reprimand me for raising my voice. I used no insults or expletives. This has been the worst customer experience of my life and I suggest to everyone here to use any other home improvement store, it can truly only be better.
