Nice store but @ the costumer service desk had a very bad expirience fat girl didnt get off the chair to intake my online order info. she was so far Away sitting on her ass and was having a personal convo with another employee while speaking to me.i was having trouble hearing her and had an attitude when i had asked her to repeat the question she was also rude to a jewish couple that walked in seeemed a bit racist to me .this store wasnt always like this management should fire these lazy terds .GOOD LUCK !

I manage a small apartment complex and often need supplies from Lowe's. I've always found the staff at the Rosedale Lowe's to be the nicest and most helpful. They go out of their way to help me find things and do things like help load my car with Ice Melt. My experience is that the people in the Garden City location are missing in action and at Lake Grove are unhelpful and unpleasant.

The store is very clean and the staff is very helpful. They are the best staff In home improvement stores because they seem happy to be there and to help. I wish they sold Milwaukee products maybe Home Depot has rights on that.

It's Lowes. It has everything I need. Sometimes I can't find it. Neither can any of the staff. Nor can I find the staff. They are all over the store, hiding, playing with their smartphones. Shame. The store had so much potential...

Though the place is clean and well stocked I had trouble finding what I was looking for. The first person I asked said he did not work in that department and the second pointed me elsewhere.
After wondering around in the wrong location for 10 minutes I asked a third person and followed her a few isles over and she pointed me out to me the lower shelf where what I was looking for could be found.
Three sales people is way tom many to go through to find a product. The one in Brooklyn is much better.
