This Lowes never fixes their pipe threading machine or the glass cutter. Every time Ibe gone there and asked for assistance i get ignored. I now just stop at home depot just up the streat from this Lowes.

Great prices, not that great customer service.
Low’s is both great and the worst at the same time. They have really good prices, maybe the best in the area, but at the same time, their prices come with a price: You can easily find yourself waiting for 15-25 minutes for someone to come and assist you, and even then, you have no guarantee that your question will be answered.
Use them but ne ready to use your phone often for help ;)

Nicest employees ever! They try to help in any way possible and even remember what you asked about in prior shopping excursions. Always so helpful about assistance with loading heavy items in the car. I never once observed any employee avoiding their duties or heard any negativity from anyone. They are all hard workers, helpful and kind and don't try to shove customers out the door at closing time. This Lowes is obviously doing something right!
