Incredible swimming school. Both my children have become confident swimmers but more than that they have learnt responsibility, confidence, a true love for a sport. They have made friends who have the same goals. The coaches at Long Island Swimming go above and beyond for all the children. I can not say enough about this organisation.

I have 3 kids currently enrolled for about a year and have researched and gone to the other swim schools.
1. here the training is excellent. They really are trying to gear your child towards an eventual swim team
2. the hours for classes are very flexible
3. the parking is fantastic
4. to address the other comments, some of the staff may seem rude or unsympathetic but it is probably because they put up with a lot of nonsense. When we first joined, i thought the same. As time passed and I have seen the process, I realize there are a LOT of children who want to join and just not enough space! As long as you follow their enrollment process in terms of "first come first serve" and are polite, things will happen well. Unfortunately, they have the business and will not need to cater to your entitled attitude. I think now it will help with their Syosset location is open and will alleviate the demand.

6. it is a little expensive but definitely worth it!
