I go there quite often and every time I go I get an excellent meal. The food is absolutley amazing. My favorite is The Montaulk Melt. The service is great too. The employees at the counter are very social and nice. The owner and kitchen staff are very nice as well. Horrible! I loved one of their specials of the week (Buffalo Chicken Cesar Salad) so of course when I saw they had it yesterday I of coruse ordered it! Very much to my digust and dismay, as I was eating the salad I found a huge bug. I very calmy and understandingly called and spoke to the owner and expressed my experience and rather than being apologetic and accomodating, he suggested that perhaps it had crawled into my salad while on my table because he insisted his place was extremely clean. I find this nearly impossible as the bug was found at the botttom of THEIR sealed plastic container... DEAD!!! Once I told my co-workers of the experience, I found out that some one else here had previously found a hairball in their sandwich! NEVER.... EVER... EVER go There!
