my name is Dimitri,in Oct 2014 I ordered a special order fireproof kalamein door (no frame just the door) their price with the lock and hinges almost $500 they demanded all the money in advance, they told me it will take up to 2 weeks to build it,after 5 weeks and numerous phone calls finally they called me for pick up,I found out that the hinges were loose and shaky,somehow there was no metal strip with pre- drill size threads to accept the hinges on the door instead the hinges were installed with long screws directly to the core,cutting the side metal of the door, after some of those screws were loose,they were acting like nothing is wrong and they recommended the use of wood chips to hold the screws in place (in such a heavy door) arrogant people,very hard to communicate,high prices low expectations,terrible craftsmanship..
