Full gym . My kids take lesson there to swim.Clean, safe.and the lifeguards actually keep there attention on the pool not their phones .

Facilities include an Olympic size 4.5 foot pool, 12 foot pool with diving board, Steam rooms, locker rooms, and gym.

Long beach rec is awesome for activities. They redone the pool and it is amazing. They have swimming lessons ,soccer,flag football ,and many others . Hope you like it there!
