I had a very bad experience with this company.

I could not get anyone on the phone. No response on the email.
I finally contacted a colleague who had used them before and was able to get in touch with the Owner, Ruben.

Ruben committed to do the work I needed and said that he could meet my deadline very easily. He even gave me a cell phone number that he claimed could reach him.

The deadline came and I never heard back from Ruben. I even had my colleague call on my behalf but he was not answering his call either.

Very unprofessional and a total waste of my time. I ended up using another company to fulfill the order

What is lacking in the efficiency of online retailers is the customer service and personal interaction that Logos Graphics LLC excels in. I am an artist and designer living in Brooklyn and have passed by this store several times (as I live in the neighborhood) but never had a reason to go in, until recently. With an unassuming facade, the store/office itself was actually quite lively on a Friday afternoon. I was greeted with enthusiasm by a very nice gentlemen (possibly the owner) and he was able to help me with what I needed and was even gracious enough to offer suggestions and advice on a project.

I hope to come back - they seem to be a full service operation and can make anything possible...overall an AWESOME EXPERIENCE, super unexpected and happy that this place is in the neighborhood!

The owner of Logos and Graphics is amazing! On two different occasions he helped me out tremendously. First time he walked me step by step on how to do screen printing and even made my screen for me. The second time he helped my husband make shirts for his company and explained all the different options and ways it is done. He was extremely knowledgeable and super nice. I would recommend Logos and Graphics LLC to everyone! GREAT customer service!
