Local Liquids Rocks! I am an Exercise Physiologist and know how essential it is to have a variety of fruits and vegetables for optimal nutrition and health. At Local Liquids I can get my organic spinach and kale plus any number of fruits with vitamin C which helps the body absorb iron from the veggies! Their smoothies are fresh, delicious and seriously made with love. The owner Maureen and the entire staff are amazing and always accommodate a special order! They also have oats, coffee and cleansing programs, all in a cute place right near the Ocean in Rockaway! As a vegan, I am grateful they offer protein additions as well as Chia Seeds and other natural proteins!
