I have to make the most of my time to acquire the services I need...and if I am going to get rudely treated by an employee of the doctors staff...then I will not want to find out the integrity of the doctor because the staff is the front line...if I don’t feel comfortable with the front line...I don’t want to find out what is behind it...seek your services elsewhere...you the reader, as well as, I have enough to be stressed about...you don’t need further aggravation...this doctor should re-evaluate his staff…his phone rep is unprofessional.
Here is a brief explanation my experience:
I was looking to acquire podiatry services...I was provided Dr. LoBiondo # via my healthcare provider...I left a message with the actual doctors office and received a call back the following day or the day after...I was not available at the time of the call...the phone representative left a message...to which I could hardly understand… due to the rep talking a mile a minute...I was barely able to catch the office #...I called back...the rep answered....I said hello and began to ask what kind of office contacted me...when I was rudely interrupted by the rep requesting to immediately place me on hold...after waiting approx 4 mins or so...I continued from basically where I began…(second attempt)...after asking about what kind of doctor service was offered... with attitude, she advised me: podiatry...to which I had responded...what is your office address?...and she had the audacity to ask me who I was!!!...to which I responded with my name...and then the rep asked me the ridiculous question of ...what was my call in reference too??...to which I answered: podiatry...I then asked why she requested my name and what my call was in reference to...she basically shrugged me off and stated...No reason!!
I have not been, nor will I be a patient of this doctor.
This staff member was not friendly or respectful.
