Called to inquire about an apartment "Mike" was rude and was only interested in us taking the apartment because my friend and him, share religion. Asked for credit report upfront (first said it was 40$ then he said it was 50$). Every time we talk, he asks for an extra deposit, we agreed on a amount and still, he has not "decided" if he wants us to rent. Total waste of time/money.
