LMC Car Wash And Oil Change

Been going there for the past 10 years, two cars oil changes and car wash. Today the ultimate experience happened.. they did not change my oil in my car and paid for full service 71$. Told them.. argued.. but they where like 'we did'... well something happened today.. they lost me as a client forever. Who knows how many times this has happened.

Today I went to try the full synthetic special for taxi and limo for $45.00. I pulled up and the guy taking my car said it would be $70.00 because I had CT LIMO Plates and not NY LIMO plates. I do not understand every other oil change establishment acknowledges out of state limo plates. I urge all CT and NJ LIMO drivers to beware of the racism of out of state cars that this place has. They fail to realize without limo and taxi guys they will not be in business. Till they respect all business from other states they will not be getting mine and I will make sure I will tell all my friends and family not to step a foot in this place. Good luck to those who come here and get ripped off..

Those dumb asses don't know how to wash a car a vehicle properly. Every time I bring them my car I have to redo everything that they did. Not worth the money nor the extra time. All they do is create more and more work. Highly do not recommend bringing any vehicle to this place

I have been taking my car to this place for the last 6 years and every time they said something was missing or bad filters, etc. but the last thing that made me stay away was that I went there and ask for a regular oil change which is around 30 bucks and then the guy in charge of my car said that it needed more stuff so as I know I said no thank you I'll skip and he said that the car really needs it and I still said no thank you. So I went to pay for it and the bill was 60 so I asked why and he said that it was because they have put the premium oil and I said I didn't ask for it and he should have asked me for that, the guy told them that since I wasn't going to put the other stuff, the car needed a better oil so I told him that he did not consult with me and he just went away and somehow missing.

I love this place for car washes. I have a mid-sized Japanese sedan and my cousin's cute 4 month old infant had an unfortunate accident of human excrement in the vehicle. They efficiently and completely removed the stain with shampoo and serious indoor scrubbing, and the outside was washed nicely. The car looks cleaner than before!
