Livingston Car Wash

Went to get my car detailed during the summer, never got around to reviewing, anyway, I payed $200 and it was practically a carwash the outside looked fine except for one wheel was completely missed and two others missed a little dirt between the wheels... The inside was oily around the dash and doors but most importantly the stains I wanted removed from my
Seats were still there... I removed them myself... Two days later my car is a powdered white from the wax that was clearly not removed properly ... When I pay $200 for a detail I want obvious details cleaned

Great car wash. They have a unlimited monthly plan now that is great! Staff is always friendly and they do a great job.

They usually do a nice job on my car. Everyone Inc and a while when it's busy, they take shortcuts in the interior; however, if you point it out to the manager, they are always willing to go above and beyond to fix it. Pricey for a wash, but I like their work.

Terrible experience! Total rip off! Paid $48 (plus taxes) for my Audi Q7 for what they call a platinum car wash package, which includes several kinds of waxing, inside treatment etc.....a boat load of crap, didn't get anything worth mentioning for that price, I get better quality car wash with full vacuum inside at the Madison NJ car wash for $18. When these guys were done the trunk was not even vacuumed, the rear passenger side rubber mat (which they supposedly had washed already) has mud all over it, they lost one of my car mats inside the car wash (one of the attendants left it on the roof and put the car through the washer, luckily I saw it falling off and asked one of the attendants to go get it), the staff was rude, when I asked them that I saw the mat drop inside the car wash and someone should get it they looked at me as if I was asking them to give their first born to me! On top of that I bought windshield washing fluid from the area where you pay, ended up paying $6+ for each bottle (I got three) and when I asked why it's so expensive and isn't it usually in the $3 range they gave me BS on how it has special rainex liquid in it which makes the windshield a lot more clear and blah blah.....after that I had to go to home depot to pick up something and saw the same bottle there for $3.49...felt like going back and returning the 3 bottles I got from these guys but that would've cost me more in gas + time at that point. All in paid $63 for a "platinum" car wash and 3 bottles of windshield fluid and feel like a total jackass for doing it...the wash is no better than a $18 wash (actually worse than that!) and paid 2x the price for the windshield washer and also got a boat load of attitude from the staff!! Never going back

I did the complete detailing with these guys Livingston car wash today and the job was ok.

Exterior - Very good. They were able to remove many of the scratches and now the car looks very shiny.

Engine side - Very good

Interiors - Worse. My car has cloth based seats. They did not care to remove the hair sticking to the seats; they did not shampooed the seats, trunk mats etc..In fact when I went to pickup the car, I found the trunk mats were not even vacuumed and have to ask for them. Afterall, people like me staying in apartments and do not have space to do these kind of cleaning jobs. I expected a lot about the interiors but they failed

I will recommend this company for exterior detailing and certainly not for interior detailing. Hope this review sets a clear picture of what one can look forward to from these guyz...
