How can you possibly manage a restaurant that poorly? They're idiots.

Horrible experience with regard to customer service, was made to feel like a pain in the backside asking for food.

Very excellent deli - my girlfriend and I get food from here every weekend. One of the best Lox/Nova I've had.

Horrible place ... Worst place to work and not nice to the ppl who work there..

I went here with 3 of my coworkers and we were horrified... This one guy ,named Johnny I believe, just did not know what he was doing... He messed up my coworkers order and did not tell me they did not sale what I asked for until he charged me for it... Also the guy who was at the register did not know the prices and charged my friend less and Johnny charged me the "correct" price... Johnny and the other guy responded with such and uncaring attitude we were all disgusted...I called letting them know I was going to write a review and this polite woman answer the phone and said that my coworker and I could go in for a free sandwich... Well I went in today and two women just should me the lack of communication letting me know they were not going to honor what was told to me over the phone... One was polite about it but the other, not so much... They did give me the money back for the item that I was charged for, which is why I gave the 2 stars instead of one... So all together they have a cook who can not take the order properly, a cashier who does not know the prices, and a manager who does not know how to manage... Not a place I would like to spend my money...
