Can I give it less than a star? Terrible food outrageous prices.... Topping it off? They are just (failing to) reheat pre packaged food. Free was too expensive for some of the food I had.

Order our food, waited as long as we could (45 min) had to catch our flight during our wait we had to ask the same waitress for water 3 times before I got up and grab the pitcher myself. Finally after we couldn't wait anymore we asked to have our order canceled and our server or a server rudely told up that she never got our order and quickly escorted us to leave saying that they would refund our order. Please save yourself the time and don't eat here. The servers are rude and inconsiderate. Not to mention the food is grossly overpriced even for an airport.

Dumplings were tiny, flavorless, and undercooked. The only thing saving them was the chili sauce I smothered them in. Suffered food poisoning on my plane ride home. I'd call them out for being overpriced as well, but turns out that's normal for Newark. You should avoid spending any money in the airport or avoid it altogether.

Found a hair. They replaced it. Pad thai was so salty it was barely edible. Poured water on it just so I could attempt to eat it. Didnt want to send it back x2. My son said there was shell in his crab rice roll. Pass.
*UPDATE* The manager came over and exchanged the Pad Thai with things premade like steamed bun and potstickers. Wise choice since the cook must have been a mess. Saw the lady next to me send back food too for being under-cooked. The manager makes the place decent but they need a new cook.
