Some of the workers may be rude and untrained. If you want top service, though, ask for Gina. She has been my and all my friends' personal favorite. She probably has the most experience because we never met anyone better throughout NY. She's also the only person who doesn't make you feel uncomfortable by talking loud with her employees while working. She's just a sweet person. I recommend her, and no one else... I either despise or never had an experience with them.

This place is ok, it is fairly dependable, however there are certain technicians that Im fairly certain are not trained here. They are slow and do an awful job. They have 2 or 3 latin females that are definitely not trained, and the work is hit or miss with them. They are sweet, however in terms of service and end result, are non comparable to the pro Asian technicians. I have been going here on and off for about 9 years, and recently I noticed that they are charging alot more for services then they used to, while hiring non licenced technicians. The last few times I went I was not happy with the service, and the prices. Its one thing to be charged a bit more then surrounding places, its quite another to receive unsatisfying service as well! I"m off of them for now.
