Great little Shop for cards, gifts and such. A great find in the 'hood!

I keep finding really lovely cards here, for all occasions. They also have beautiful, interesting paper goods and an assortment of gifts. I recently went in to buy a few cards and happened upon a wonderful gift for a new baby -- a blanket in a great print and colors that's soft and highly washable.

The cards are high quality and enough of a range that I always find something great for the person I'm looking for -- which is not something I can say for many card stores. There's also not a lot of frou-frou, which isn't my style (e.g., overly embellished cards which are a half inch thick and made of 8 different materials). Many of the cards I've seen here have minimal text, which is great for people who like to write their own message. I've gotten wonderful birthday cards here for all kinds of people, got THE cutest baby welcome card I've ever seen in my life here, and recently they had terrific Father's Day cards (an often terrible category at other stores!). They carry a well-curated assortment of card lines, and yeah, they're not cheap, but I think you get what you pay for. I would much rather give $5 to a local business (which sells cards made by other small business people) than give a little less to a chain. And seriously, isn't a nice card to send to someone worth more than a coffee or ice cream?!

I was very happy with my experience at this store and the service I received! I stopped in to browse, although I was really hoping to find a small gift for a colleague. The staff member said hello to me right away and then left me to look around. I asked her a question about a few items in the display case and she helped me to make the final decision on what to buy. As she was ringing up my purchase, we were chatting about why I was buying the gift (a cute metal wallet!). Realizing that it was a gift, she offered to gift wrap it - free of charge! This store has so many cute gifts! I will definitely return to this store in the future.

Super cute gift shop with fun small items. I was having a hard time finding really good cards in Brooklyn and this place hit the spot. Cute but not all too crazy to work. Will definitely be back.

I had nothing but good experiences here when shopping for wedding invitations. The sales staff were kind and courteous and showed us quite a lot of different (and differently-priced) invites, and worked with us to refine what we were looking for. Don't understand where the hate is coming from but they were just great for us.
