Let me start by saying I called Lino in a fix to replace a boiler in a rental property I own. He did a good job. Was punctual and professional with all work involved. I would recommend his quality of work. What I didn't like was once the work was done and paid for I asked him for a simple invoice for my records. It has been 4 weeks and I still do not have one yet. I have to keep asking for one and he keeps promising it to me. Now he is ignoring me on such a simple matter. Didn't realize the most simplest part of the project would be the most difficult.

I called Lino this morning to fix my air conditioning and he fit me in and it was fixed a few hours later. I cannot say enough good things about Lino or the two men who came to fix it. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and fixed the issue quickly. They are extremely busy and took the time to go get the parts needed and quickly return to fix it and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them!

I have nothing but good things to say about Lino and his employees George and Jonathan. After a disastrous experience with a previous contractor, I did a lot of research before settling on Lino. Lino was extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional and provided me with a very comparable quote. Upon choosing Lino,
from using blankets to protect my hardwood floors to a complete installation, Lino's crew did an excellent job from beginning to end. As a real estate agent, I'm comfortable with recommending Lino to any of my clients.

We found ourselves with no heat today and Lino's HVAC came out to my house and they were amazing. Two very polite and well mannered young men came over and took care of our heating unit. They were very professional and cleaned up the mess created due to the work they performed. They explained the work they were doing in a non-technical manner that I could understand. The price for the job was a lot less than I expected and our heat came on within an hour of them servicing the unit. i would highly recommend them for heating and cooling issues.

I had no heat right at the peak of the latest Polar Vortex and I decided to call Lino's HVAC based on some friends recommendation. Although they were extremely busy they assured me that they would come to look at my problem. The 2 guys that came out were professional, spoke English and very quickly diagnosed my problem (a clogged drain hose). They had my system up and running in under an hour. The pricing was very reasonable and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them for anyone having HVAC issues.
