They ruined 17 of my shirts. Here is their answer: "As I have shared with Oval Concierge, we are not responsible for material quality or manufacture defects. The UNIQLO shirts you presented to us as damaged have specific label notations that include: color may rub off, color may bleed, color may fade. A copy of the manufacturer label from your shirts is attached. I cannot reimburse you for damage that is not our responsibility." Be aware of this! This is the inappropriate response I received from them after they recently BURNED 17 of my shirts, leaving 2 shiny stripes on each sleeve.

Not my closest dry cleaner but my dry cleaner of choice.
Dry cleaning is in-house.
Very good value.
A busy place so can sometimes be 4 working days to do dry cleaning but they do ask if any items are rush items.
Current hours are open until 7pm which.
They also do pick-up/delivery if you don't want to walk there.

After moving to the Upper West Side, I was in dire need of a quality dry cleaner.Suits are my regular form of dress and I have quite the collection of button downs, all wanting to be pressed. Lincoln Terrace does a great job and I am really pleased to have found them. Great service, good job pressing and cleaning and the prices are affordable. Definitely recommend for any and all Upper West Siders.

This is a gem of a find. The store is owned by a young couple that lives in the area. They are extremely professional and civic minded. They also have a knack for hiring young, pleasant, dependable, and service-oriented employees. Love this place.
