My kitty doesn't love going to the doctor, but who does! The bottom line is we would not have our beautiful Oreo, if not for Dr.Akbawy. He took care of him during several crisis situations and also sought out the best solution for him to be able to live a long and healthy life. He had an involved surgery and now is a happy guy, no more urinary blockages.

We look forward to many more years of excellent care for our cats.

They took care of my cat for years and now my new kitten!! I love this place!! Won't go any place else.. I hate those vets that have both dogs n cats. I rather go to this place only cats allowed! :)

My family has been dealing with the lincoln ave cat hospital and the fairfield hospital for over 17 years. My family will not go anywhere else. Dr. Akbawy has saved my cat Simons life 3 times. The staff at Lincoln Ave Hospital has always been kind and caring to everyone who comes in the door. Dr. Akbawy turns no one down, he loves animals. He truly has a loving heart. I trust Dr. Akbawy he is truthful and honest. When he told us it was time to let Simon go, I knew he was right. If Simon could have been saved, Dr. Akbawy would have saved him. My family loves Dr. Akbawy and his entire staff. My family is very loyal to both of his practices.

We love all you
The Adams family

My experience at the Lincoln Avenue Cat Hospital has been fantastic!!!!!! All of my 7 cats are patients there and at its sister institution,The Animal Hospital of Fairfield. Dr.ElAkabawy and Dr.Raj are both great veterinarians who love the animals and give them compassionate and spectacular medical care!!!!!!! I recommend both institutions to anyone who has animal companions!!!!!!! The staff is great as well and Tom Waespy has such a special affinity for cats that I believe that he has feline as well as human genes!!!!!! A great place for all of your cats' medical needs!!!!!!!!!! Sincerely,James S. Marotta.

I came here some time ago with Happy, my cat. He was having trouble using the bathroom. The doctor said that he had kidney failure and would require a $1500 procedure would have put him under anesthesia and seen him stay at the hospital overnight for several days. I was told it was either that, an at-home catheter that would likely get infected, or putting him down for several hundred dollars. Otherwise, he would suffer until his soon-to-be untimely death.

We brought Happy to another doctor for a second opinion. His conclusion was that Happy was just backed up and needed a laxative. Following his orders, Happy spent another year with us before passing away from an unrelated ailment.

Do not take your pet here. I had heard about bad things in the past including misdiagnosis that resulted in the death of a close friend's cat. Turns out they were true and I would've spent nearly $2000 to find out for myself.

Again - do not take your pet here.
