Limo Express

I've been using Limo Express for the last 20+ years whenever visiting family in NJ, going to and from Newark Airport. The service has always been reliable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Limo Express.

Despite the fact that my flight was delayed arriving at Newark-Liberty Airport by 4 hours, upon arrival John of Limo Express was there waiting for us at the luggage carousel. He was warm, friendly and a breath of fresh air after making airline connections up and down the East Coast.

I had to book trips to and from Newark Airport for a family of 10. I called several companies and they were either booked or high priced. Someone recommended Limo express and they fit the bill. On time, courteous and very professional. They loaded 15 heavy pieces of luggage and helped my elderly mom in the executive van. Well worth the price. Highly recommended.

Meh. I've used them a few times. The drivers were always early, very helpful and courteous. The reservation process was seamless. The only issue I had with them has prevented me from using them the past few years - a rep specifically told me they confirmed airline passenger manifest before dispatching a vehicle for a return flight if I provided airline info. And sure enough, I got stuck in a foreign country, because it was snowing heavily in Newark and we risked getting rerouted to Cleveland. Not that I have anything against Cleveland, but... I digress. I assumed the company would check the passenger list as I had been told, especially since there was a heavy snow storm, but I suppose I was misinformed. They sent a vehicle, I was still out of the country without international phone or Internet and I was charged twice upon my arrival the next day. Not really good business for a regular customer, as a business owner, I would have made some gesture, maybe partial credit for a future ride, or SOMETHING! Whatever it takes to continue doing business, but the owner declined to take that opportunity. So, I've been using a different company these days and they seem appreciative of my business. Too bad, opportunity lost.

Danielle, who took my reservation, was very professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The driver was on time. In fact, he was 15 minutes early. The driver was courteous and had no trouble getting me to my destination. I found the cost to be very reasonable and would recommend Limo Express to family and friends. I will definitely use Limo Express for my future trips.
