I purchased a product for Passover and was very unhappy with the items. I would have dismissed it except that the products were on the expensive side. I realize that sometimes a Passover product is less than ideal - -it happens. Our kosher grocer in Ohio does not accept Passover returns and is unabashedly inflexible. I just contacted the company and they have graciously agreed to refund the cost of the item. I have to say that I am impressed and that is a great way to win customer loyalty!
