If you need a hat this is the place to be. We bought there three customized hats and the staff was very helpful.

Horrible customer service, no one said anything to me when I was there, not hello, not do you need help, nothing at all, one guy was standing at the door leaning on the door as I walked out and did not even tell me to have a good night or a simple "thanks for stopping in." I would never go back here, I would rather go all the way to soho to Lids than this location... I wish you could leave negative stars. THUMBS DOWN
