He is everything a great sales consultant is to me - a great listener who focuses on the customer's needs. His confidence in the Subaru brand is infectious and it played a big role in my decision. I got the best price for my trade-in as well as for my new car. The process was easy, efficient. Kevin Mark has assisted me with finance, warranty and related paperwork and he is a true pro. He is super fast, very personable and extremely knowledgable. It was a great overall experience.

Tom Quinn was very helpful and knowledgeable about not only the Forester but the other makes/models of the SUVs we were considering. He was unbiased in comparing the pros and cons of each. He also shared his experience in owning a Forester himself. We felt no pressure, just helpfulness and a genuine sense that he wanted us to be happy with our purchase. The other Tom, who arranged the financing, was also friendly and knowledgeable. We've also heard great things about the Liberty dealership in general, from friends who have dealt with them.

I ended up buying the car from them because they gave me the best price in Truecar. For the test drive I guess the demand is high and they really cannot keep cars in stock, so I cannot blame them too much. Dan Lidestri and Kevin were nice and got me what I needed.

Dan Lidestri was great: very easy to work with he knows everything about the car and its features. Kevin answered all the finance questions I had and processed the paper work fast and efficiently. I was impressed with the service, professionalism and the stress-free approach to the whole process of selecting and buying the right car, my first Forester!
