Liberty Moving and Storage

I had an incredible experience with Liberty! From Gary our sales person to Benny and Wally our packers, to Bravo, the foreman of our moving team, everyone treated the job with the utmost professionalism, worked their tails off, were super efficient and neat, and handled everything with care. I would HIGHLY recommend using Liberty for all of your moving needs!

In the past, I’ve done all my moves on my own because they were smaller moves with not much furniture involved. As a first timer using a moving company I can honestly say that they made the whole process easy for me. Liberty didn’t give me the cheapest quote, but they did assure me that their policy was fair and the price would be worth it when all my belongings arrive safe at the destination. The salesperson, David, told me that all the workers are background checked and trained. This made me feel a lot better. Overall, the move went so well! I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service.

This is the second time that we’ve moved with Liberty. We originally chose Liberty over another moving company on long island because the salesperson seemed was knowledgeable and confident in their services. Moving 33 years of accumulated furniture and other "stuff" is a difficult, and anxiety ridden event. The staff of Liberty, from start to finish, made it a much easier, and an almost pleasant experience. Stephen Talenti, the estimator, and Tom Pendleton, the move coordinator were always available and answered our questions, and addressed our concerns in a timely manner. The moving crew, headed by Nestor, did an outstanding job of moving our belongings under difficult circumstances. Both our old home in Chappaqua, and our new home in Bethel had snow and ice covering much of the area surrounding the houses. The crew had to shovel snow, or chop ice, to provide safe passage to and from the moving van. They did this with no hesitation and in good spirits.
The men were courteous, friendly and obviously very capable as they effected the move with absolutely no damage. Although the shoveling and ice removal added time to the move I was not charged for this time, and the price I was quoted by Stephen was the price I paid. It was a sincere pleasure to deal with such an honorable organization, and I would recommend them without hesitation, or qualification.
