Liberty Housekeeping, Jersey City and Hoboken NJ

Luckily I checked all the other bad reviews of this place before I book a service. It took me 3 calls and emails to try to connect with them but not a single response at all. Seriously wondering where are these positive reviews come from. WATCH OUT PEOPLE, DON'T BE FOOLED!!!

I'm really surprised given all the positive reviews. Booked an appointment online. Got 3 separate emails and texts confirming my appointment and then they never showed up. Not only did they not show up, but 0 communication from them. The office number is an answering machine and they don't respond to emails on the weekend. It completely messed up the move-out schedule of my apartment and wasted half my day.Did I also mention there is a pending charge on my credit card for the full amount?
Maybe I got unlucky, but I would never recommend this company.

They did drop the charges on my credit card, but so far have refused to call me back despite numerous voicemails and emails.

I'm not even sure they're in business anymore. If they are, they're certainly not a professional organization.

If you do choose to risk using them DO NOT book online. They store your credit information with no way to delete it.

I invite the owners to respond to this review, but I don't think they will because they know everything I've said is true.

I scheduled a moving out cleaning service with them. The appointment was scheduled without trouble. A team of three arrived on time and did a wonderful job of the apartment, which is spacious and quite dirty. All three of them were polite and worked really hard and professionally. There are some hidden places that they forgot to clean though. I'm happy with the service and will use it again later if needed.

We have been using Liberty Housekeeping for a while now, and have had a great experience with them thus far. Our new cleaning crew is very thorough, and detail oriented, which I really appreciate. They are also quick and efficient, which makes the service that much more amazing. Overall, we recommend Liberty Housekeeping.

I use Liberty Housekeeping for the first time and was very pleased with the results. Good service is in the details and I was very impressed that not only did they do a great cleaning job, they also noticed the handle on my front room closet was loose, and fixed it without being asked.
