Liberty House Restaurant

I've only been there for catered functions on the top floor. It's 3 star food with a 5 star view so I decided on 4 stars. I've told plenty of people about the view, I don't mention the food. It's not bad, but nothing to get excited about.

Experienced a power outage for about an hour and a half but what surprised me was that it was all business as usual. The kitchen kept putting out orders, people enjoying their meals, parties continuing as if nothing happened. It's amazing what alcohol can do! We waited at the bar ordered a few rounds of drinks, remember no power no a/c, not even a buy back round for the inconvenience. We had brunch which was very good, had a few laughs and enjoyed the Manhattan views. We will be back and give it another try, hopefully with better results.

Excellent (wedding) location! There is no better venue for the ideal, read unobstructed Manhattan skyline view. The second floor is secluded from the dinning room for optimal privacy. Outdoor deck around on the second floor and a lavish garden to the waterline.

Your wedding can only be done with Alexandra! She is patient and will fill your desires and wants. The Liberty house has established itself as the best wedding hall and our night was spectacular. She is professional and more of a best friend by the time wedding time comes. Thanks Liberty house and thanks Alexandra!!!

Liberty House was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding! The food was amazing and the staff very professional and attentive. Everyone was so dedicated to ensuring that our wedding ran smoothly and I can’t tell you just how many compliments we received on the venue, food and staff. But Alex, our wedding planner/coordinator, was downright phenomenal. From the moment I met her, I knew she was the exact person to make our vision come to life. She genuinely cares about her role in your special day and it’s easy to see how much she loves what she does. She is thorough in her planning and flawless in execution. But overall, she is an incredible joy to work with…we could never thank her enough. I would highly recommend this venue based on our outstanding experience!!!
